Moving on to the telephone option. This method of Christmas party invitation is a little harder to be creative. You could sing a Christmas carol to the answering machine. No one would forget that. The advantage is you know the guest got the invitation and you may get responses immediately. Be careful with this one though, some people don’t feel that an email invitation is proper. However, most guests will understand that this is a busy time of year and will probably be grateful that invitations aren’t stuffing their mailboxes.
Regardless of which method you choose to send invitations, make sure your guests have plenty of notice and include all of the important details. After that, just watch the responses roll in and get ready to have the time of your life.
